Returns Policy
All Nur & Form products are made to order. As such, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at hello@nurandform.co with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will assess each case individually and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, before production begins. After this window, cancellations cannot be accepted as your order will already be in production.
Damaged or Faulty Items
In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, please email us at hello@nurandform.co within 14 days with your order number and clear photographs. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Terms and Conditions
By placing an order with Nur & Form, you agree to the following terms:
- All products are made to order and non-refundable unless faulty or damaged.
- Nur & Form vinyls are designed for smooth, clean, painted walls. We cannot be held responsible for damage caused by application to unsuitable surfaces.
- Colours may vary slightly from screen to screen. We recommend ordering a sample before committing to a full order.
- Nur & Form reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your order will apply.
- These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
